Tips:

- stay away from perfumes/ colognes because you don't know if they'll like the scent or not.
- Only buy clothes if you know the persons style or if they will love it. If you do buy clothes try to go with something neutral or basic like an h.co sweater or amercrombie sweater or a polo etc. Also do not buy pants. Pants are funny, that way, even if you know the persons size the pants might not fit.
- Don't buy CD's they're so 4 years ago and everyone has itunes. Itunes gc or amazon gc is always the safest way to go.
- If ur not sure stick with a gc to a fav store or get a magazine subscription for the person.

Magic Study

I just finished Poison Study by Maria V. Snyder. I loved it! Who knows why but i just think Valek and Yelena are two great character's so of course I read the second novel Magic Study!

It too was very good but i hoped that Valek would be more involved in the book alas I had to accept his little appearances. Here are some questions if you have any comments you want to make on them go ahead I'm all ears! Or should I say eyes...



Why is Valek immune to magic? When Yelena mentioned it he seemed to tense up...



Why would Cahil release Ferde?



Why does Rose hate Yelena so much?



My main question is whats up with Valek? I mean how can he connect with Yelena and give her magic immunity without having magic? Plus he's immune to it... hmm... I guess i'll have to read the third book, and the last, so sad :(

Ok well today or should I say night, I shall discuss e-books. Yes e-books. I enjoy reading very much. I can't spend all my money on books from barnes & noble or what not i mean if I did I'd be poor by now. Librarys great but....
A.) they don't always have the book you want
B.) late fees *they always get ya*
C.) gas...the prices are ridiculous!
So yes the library is an option but not my most favorite. Where does that leave us? E-books? maybe...maybe not. It's a good idea but
a.) you need a computer but i mean most people have that, heck if your reading this you have one.
b.) you still have to pay for the books but they are much cheaper.
c.) your always on the computer a lap top helps but if you don't have a laptop then you may have a problem...sometimes.
So what about an e-book library. You could read books for free online but only from the website, so you couldn't copy them or anything. I mean if they had that i'd even pay for a membership...well if it was cheap. Isn't that a great idea!? i think so.

Finally it's summer!!! I'm just dying to through on a bathing suit and hit the pool! unfortunately it's very cloudy right now *sigh*. youo know what would be a lovely vacation!? Hey guys whats up! i've never done a blog before so this should be interesting. Just so you know i'll probably be doing a lot of reviews and stuff. You don't have to read any of this but i might have a few subjects that you might be interested in. I will certainly be giving my personal opinions i'm a very uh "critical" sometimes....
